Job summary

Seven Acres Senior Living at Clifton is seeking a Registered Nurse supervisor to direct nursing staff under the Director of Nursing. The role oversees two resident care units, coordinates with other units, and ensures compliance with facility policies and patient care standards.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing personnel on shifts, managing admissions/discharges, and ensuring documentation and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Ohio RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs nursing staff through the director of nursing to meet resident needs.
• Plans and organizes nursing services for two resident care units.
• Coordinates activities with other resident care units.
• Consults with the Director of Nursing on nursing problems and policy interpretations.
• Evaluates emergencies and provides appropriate care.
• Supervises all nursing personnel on assigned shifts and the dining room duties.
• Monitors residents for skin breakdown and falls; ensures safety protocols.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing

Registered Nurse Ohio license
