Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Florida. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing personnel and oversee day-to-day activities during the 3p-11p shift, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising care planning, assessing residents at admission and as conditions change, conducting rounds, and providing direct resident care when needed, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.
