Job summary

Park View Nursing and Subacute in Reseda, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) for Sub-Acute Care. The role delivers a full range of nursing care, assesses residents, writes, initiates and revises care plans, and administers medications with accurate clinical documentation.

The ideal candidate is an RN with current California licensure, strong communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. SNF experience and PCC familiarity are a plus.

If Yes, Here’s How You Will Contribute to the Team:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) for Sub-Acute Care, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but is not limited to:

• Completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating, and revising care plans as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, as well as administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding the condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
