Job summary

Park View Nursing and Subacute in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to oversee sub-acute care operations and ensure the highest standard of resident well-being. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and collaborative teamwork in a dynamic facility.

The RN will manage assessments, care planning, medication administration, and accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure to practice in the state.
• Comprehensive nursing knowledge to ensure quality care standards for residents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents to determine medical needs and develop care plans.
• Initiate, revise, and document comprehensive care plans.

• Complete and maintain accurate clinical notes and protect resident confidentiality.

Salary Range: $50-$54 per hour

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) For Sub-Acute Care, You Will Put Resident Service First And Ensure That Residents And Their Families Receive The Highest Quality Care. In Accordance With Guidelines And Regulations, You Will Deliver a Full Range Of Nursing Care. This Includes But Is Not Limited To

• Completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating, and revising care plans as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, as well as administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding the condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
