Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Salinas, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. You will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with state and federal standards to ensure the highest quality of care and dignity.

This role leads a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs, requires an active RN license in California and a nursing degree (Associate's or Bachelor's), and offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus access to earned wages with UKG

Qualifications

• Must have current and unencumbered RN license in the state; new grads welcome.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

As aRegistered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents.

Must Have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state - New Grads Welcomed!
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to Have:

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Experience with PointClickCare
