Salary Range: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Complete initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Write, initiate, and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Initiate and deliver appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete, maintain, and submit accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
• Ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality care in accordance with guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment (nice to have).
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents (nice to have).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) (nice to have).
