Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at SILVER STREAM NURSING AND REHAB SNF LLC, located in Spring House, PA. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, assess patient care needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. The RN Supervisor will also provide direct patient care, maintain accurate documentation, mentor junior staff, and ensure a safe and effective care environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania
