Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Shift Supervisor

Are you an experienced RN with a passion for leading and teaching other skilled nursing staff? The RN Shift Supervisor provides, plans, coordinates, or manages nursing care and health education for nursing home residents.

Shift Available: 3pm-11pm (rotating weekends required)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and others.
• Review and implement nursing procedures and systems.
• Assess and evaluate systems facilitating quality resident care and staff performance.
• Use systematic nursing processes for individualized care.
• Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and develop care plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Know medication and treatment rationales and administer correctly.

Qualifications:

• Current state RN license.
• CPR certification; additional nursing specialty certifications preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
