Job summary

Medical City Dallas seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. You will partner with the management team to monitor nursing care in line with policies and act as a resource for staff to enhance the patient experience.

In collaboration with leadership, you will support improved outcomes, provide coaching and training, and assist with admissions, discharges, and staff scheduling in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN – Registered Nurse credential.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
