Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will collaborate with management to monitor nursing care and serve as a resource for staff, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

The CNC will partner with multidisciplinary teams, assist with admissions and discharges, coach staff, and support scheduling. RN with ACLS/BLS within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 30 days of employment start date.
BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of employment start date.
RN licensure (Registered Nurse) in state of employment.
Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Support improved outcomes and service in partnership with leadership.
