Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. The CNC partners with the management team to monitor nursing care in line with policy and acts as a resource for staff and the patient experience.

The role includes coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, supporting admissions/discharges, and driving improved outcomes with leadership.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas or able to obtain
• ACLS and BCLS to be obtained within 30 days of start
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience coordinating care in a clinical unit is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling and resource planning
