Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing care on the unit, coordinating with management to ensure policy-compliant, patient-centered care. The CNC serves as a resource and helps deliver an exceptional patient experience.

In partnership with the leadership team, you will monitor nursing care, support performance improvement, and provide coaching and staff development to drive engagement and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• ACLS within 30 days of start
• BLS within 30 days of start
• Associate Degree required
• 1 year of nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
