Job summary

Bethany Village Senior Living is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN or equivalent, licensed in Pennsylvania, and CPR certification to support 24-hour resident care. The role includes overseeing medical records, conducting resident assessments, and guiding treatment decisions according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.
• Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.
• Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when to call the physician.
• Oversee the admission process of new or readmitted residents to the nursing care center, ensuring assessment and documentation are complete and timely.
• Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.

• RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• RN experience for at least one year is required for per diem status.
• Active CPR certification.
