Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis, CA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our evening nursing team. This full-time role (PM shift, Mon–Fri) requires strong clinical leadership, coordination with physicians, and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Pay range is $42–$48 per hour, based on experience. The RN Supervisor oversees daily nursing operations, supervises LVNs, CNAs, and treatment nurses, administers meds and IV therapy as needed, conducts rounds, and ensures accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (SNF experience preferred).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (PCC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses.
• Coordinate resident care and perform skilled assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed.
• Make rounds and provide shift reports.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and documentation compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and regulatory surveys.
