Sentara Pain Management Clinic in Fort Norfolk is hiring an RN Supervisor to support daily operations, lead nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. This 40-hour per week first shift position offers stability and a range of benefits.

You will assist with budget, staffing, hiring, and staff development, while maintaining safety and patient experience. Requires BSN and RN license; BLS within 90 days; two years of nursing experience, preferably OR/procedural.

Qualifications

• BSN required and active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; OR/procedural background preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care staff to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Assist manager with budgeting, purchasing, and payroll processes.
• Mentor staff and support interviewing, hiring, and orientation.
• Coordinate staff education and precepting as needed.
• Communicate effectively to achieve department goals.
