Qualifications

• BSN required or MSN preferred.
• RN license required; BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years RN experience required; ED experience preferred; 1 year nursing leadership/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care services staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
• Assist manager with budgeting, purchasing and payroll processes; mentor staff.
• Coordinate staffing and coverage; support staff education, orientation and precepting.
