Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Thoracic Oncology Clinic in Charlotte, NC. The role supports leadership across ambulatory oncology services and oversees the LCI Float Pool to maintain staffing flexibility and high-quality care.

The position requires an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and BLS. Previous oncology and management experience are preferred as you lead a multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing with the RN Clinical Supervisor and department leaders.
• Oversee daily operations and provider engagement for the nursing team.
• Participate in department leadership meetings addressing operations, education, and program development.
