Qualifications

• Oncology and Women's Health experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• BSN required; if no BSN, enrollment within 1 year and completion within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist nurse manager in daily operations.
• Coordinate patient care and outcomes, allocate resources, and ensure efficient department performance.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support psychosocial needs of patients and families.
