Qualifications

• RN license in Texas or compact state required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to maintain throughput and care quality.
• Contribute to ongoing quality assessment of patient care services.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Help implement nursing strategies, including hourly rounds and staff engagement.
• Involve in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff and schedule management.
