Advocate Health seeks an experienced RN in Charlotte, NC, to support the Nursing: 4 South department in a full-time role with variable nights. You will collaborate with the nursing manager to maintain care quality, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

This on-site leadership role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Required BSN and NC RN license; two years of nursing experience with prior management preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Minimum two years nursing experience; management experience preferred.
• BSN required; enrollment in BSN program within 1 year if not yet completed.

Mansioni

• Support the manager utilizing systematic approaches to enhance nursing practice and delivery of care.
• Assist with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Coordinate communication via staff meetings/huddles to exchange information.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and required regulations and policies.
• Rounds on patients, staff, and physicians to evaluate care quality and operations.
• Delegate care tasks to appropriate healthcare workers per policy.
• Identify outcomes to direct continuity of care and department operations.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and disseminate updates to the team.
• Perform nursing care and assist with treatments and medications as needed.
