Job summary
Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring an RN Supervisor for a part-time role. The position supports daily nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and leadership of the nursing team across a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.
Shifts available 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM every other weekend, with same-day pay options and competitive $45.00–$50.00 per hour based on experience. NJ RN license and BLS CPR required.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
- BLS CPR certification required.
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience; prior supervision experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, timely delivery.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
- Ensure compliance with physician orders, plans, and facility policies.
- Communicate changes in condition with physicians and families.
- Prioritize care based on clinical urgency and staffing needs.
- Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
- Foster teamwork and professional leadership.
