Responsibilities
- Provides direct care and administers treatments and medications.
- Organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff.
- Supervises direct care staff and ensures care follows facility policies.
- Performs daily compliance rounds on units to monitor regulatory adherence.
- Ensures Flow of Care is followed and maintains resident safety.
