Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role with every other weekend shifts (7 AM–7 PM). The position offers an attractive hourly rate of $45.00–$50.00, all inclusive.

The RN Supervisor will lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide mentorship to nursing staff to promote high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, current BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with orders, plans, and facility policies.
