Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
