Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Moorestown Township, NJ, is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role with every other weekend shifts. This position offers flexible hours with 7:00AM-7:00PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM rotations, and same-day pay options.

The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to nursing staff to deliver safe, compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Previous supervisor experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
