Manhattanview Rehab Center in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor for per diem and weekend shifts (3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am). The role emphasizes leadership, direct resident care, and supervision of nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year in LTC nursing management.
• Must have valid NJ Nursing License.
• Knowledge of geriatric and chronic care nursing principles and standards.
• Ability to assign, supervise, and coordinate direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and administer treatments and medications.
• Organize and distribute daily assignments to direct care staff.
• Supervise direct care staff and monitor resident care needs.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures and Flow of Care.
• Conduct daily rounds on units to observe residents and verify information.
• Uphold resident rights, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions.
