Job summary

HC&N Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee our night shift nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care. The Night Shift RN Supervisor will lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, monitor resident conditions, coordinate with physicians, and ensure accurate documentation, safety and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience as RN Supervisor or nursing leadership preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to high resident care standards.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to $120,000 per year

Lead Our Night Shift Nursing Team

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee our night shift nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is a strong leader, organized, and committed to providing exceptional clinical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the night shift.

• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
