Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience supervising CNAs and other staff.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations on the assigned unit.
• Supervise professional and support staff; schedule assignments.
• Prepare and review medical records and nurses’ notes; monitor residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; ensure accurate charting.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.
• Participate in in-service training and ongoing professional development.
