Qualifications

• Willingness to work long or irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain medical records and nursing notes; assess residents’ status.
• Monitor resident activity and provide nursing care per physician orders and plans.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders accurately.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team about resident status.
• Prepare and administer medications per policies and orders.
• Complete charting accurately and timely.
• Supervise CNAs, assign duties, and provide coaching.
• Participate in care plan development and in-service education.
