Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty and ensure care is provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

The role includes assisting in directing day-to-day nursing functions, developing and updating policies, and maintaining current Nursing Service Procedures Manual to support resident care needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Direct nursing services in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Contribute to nursing policy development and ensure manuals are current.
• Maintain and review Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related references.
• Prepare reports to the Director of Nursing Services as required.
