You will supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, ensure care plans are followed, administer medications as ordered, and maintain accurate resident documentation.

Required: active IL RN license, CPR, and 3+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience. We value collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois (or eligible)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 3 years in long-term care
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
