Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation.
• Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
