Job summary

Fulton Center for Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing units and ensure compassionate, compliant care for residents. This full-time role emphasizes coaching LPNs and CNAs, managing daily operations, and collaborating with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Georgia RN license, demonstrate strong leadership, and bring experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license required or pending licensure.
Experience supervising LPNs/CNAs in a skilled nursing or LTC setting preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compassionate and compliant care
Assist Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing needs, interviews, and onboarding
Lead daily nursing operations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and manage care plans
Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Analyze Quality Measures and Indicators (QM/QI) and implement improvement initiatives
Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities
Help develop and lead educational plans for nursing staff
