Job summary

Westbury Center of Conyers for Nursing and Healing is actively seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care for residents and supervise LPNs and CNAs.

The role involves staffing collaboration, clinical leadership with the DON and Unit Manager, participation in interdisciplinary care planning, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Night shift 11 pm–7 am; GA RN or LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Georgia required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary care planning and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents and assess needs.
• Coordinate staffing with DON and Unit Manager.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and ensure plan accuracy.
