Job summary

Valley View Haven Inc in Belleville, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring care meets federal, state, and local standards. This full-time role covers afternoon shifts (12:00PM–8:00PM, 1:00PM–9:00PM, 2:00PM–10:00PM) with occasional weekends and holidays and a focus on high-quality resident care.

The RN Supervisor will support nursing staff, coordinate care, maintain individualized care plans, oversee staffing, and mentor team members to uphold safety

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license in good standing.
• One year of supervisory experience in hospital, nursing facility, or related setting preferred.
• Training or experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff follow job descriptions, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Initiate and maintain individualized plans of care for residents.
• Monitor quality of care and address resident needs promptly.
• Report and investigate all allegations of abuse or neglect per regulations.
• Ensure incident reports are completed and investigated; notify DON/ADON as needed.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels of LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Develop and coordinate staff assignments to ensure quality resident care.
• Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of practice.
• Perform additional duties related to nursing leadership and resident care.
