Job summary

Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Leader to guide our nursing team and uphold high standards of patient care in a 180‑bed facility.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; develop and implement nursing policies and individualized care plans; coordinate with physicians; ensure accurate documentation; manage medications and supplies; and participate in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Minimum supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent clinical assessment and care planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and facility goals.
• Conduct assessments, identify nursing needs, and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, including medications, treatments, and test results.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
