Job summary

Riverton Rehabilitation and Senior Living seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams in a fast-paced sub-acute and long-term care setting. The role supervises daily care, ensures regulatory compliance, and mentors staff to achieve high-quality resident outcomes.

Three shifts are available: 11PM-7AM, 7AM-11:30PM Sat/Sun, and 3PM-11PM/11PM-7:30AM. PA RN license and BLS CPR required; supervisory experience not necessary as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in PA.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
