Job summary

Complete Care in Cedar Grove, NJ is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team with compassion and confidence. You will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a supportive, family-like environment.

This role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to guidelines, and hands-on rounds on each unit. A NJ RN license and nursing degree are required; PCC experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
