Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our clinical team on a full-time 3-11PM shift. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing, an active NJ RN license, and PCC experience; at least 1 year in long-term care is preferred. This role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and compassionate leadership.

Qualificações

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Computer Knowledge and experience using PCC

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
