Complete Care Management LLC in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead and mentor the clinical team, oversee daily operations, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. You will help create a positive, collaborative environment where both residents and staff feel supported.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• LPN may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, monitor medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
