Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in New Jersey to lead daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

This full-time role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to guidelines, and a warm, family-like environment where staff feel valued and residents are well cared for.

You will oversee medication administration, conduct rounds, provide education to staff and residents' families, and lead efforts to maintain compliant care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey RN license.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License required.
• Experience in long-term care or subacute settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
