Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the nursing floor in New Jersey. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a compassionate, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitor medication distribution and patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
