Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team, oversee daily operations, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality resident care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

This part-time role requires NJ RN license, leadership skills, and ability to supervise medications, rounds, and staff education, while ensuring compliance with all guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
