Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The role emphasizes leadership and coordination among nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care.

Candidates must hold a Nursing degree and an active RN license in the state, with prior supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state.
• Must possess leadership/supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
