Qualifications

• Nursing degree required (RN)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to RNs and clinical staff.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
