Summa Health is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the Clinical Access Center team in Akron, Ohio. This on-site role supports patient access operations with a focus on supervision, staffing, and compliance.

The position offers 10-hour shifts (8:00am–6:30pm), no weekends or holidays, and a competitive benefits package. Requires RN licensure in Ohio and 1–3 years in a clinical communications center, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred; Ohio RN license active
• 1–3 years in a clinical communications center; 1 year of project management or team leader experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
