Job summary

Social Circle Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee a unit within our facility, supervising nursing staff and monitoring patient care to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has extensive clinical experience and prior administrative training in nursing and administration, with the ability to coordinate admissions, participate in risk meetings, and conduct staff evaluations. Hours: Monday–Friday night shift 3p–11p, Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations and supervise nursing staff.
• Assist with treatment and medication administration.
• Assist with admissions.
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
• Conduct daily audits of new admission charts.
• Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments.
• Investigate incident reports and follow-up.
• Manage staff and assignments to ensure quality of care.
• Report on patient conditions in weekly risk meetings.
• Participate in annual staff evaluations.

Extensive clinical experience a must, prior administrative experience and training in both nursing and administration.
