The position drives patient access, engagement, and outcomes, with responsibilities including coaching, team meetings, and standardization of clinical procedures. Ohio RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Addiction and Primary Care nursing teams and ensure delivery of evidence-based care.
• Lead performance coaching and annual reviews for team members.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of clinical protocols and patient care delivery models.
• Coordinate with leadership to monitor program effectiveness and outcomes.
