Scottish Rite for Children is seeking an RN Supervisor for their Frisco Ambulatory Surgical Center. The role involves direct patient care, staff supervision, and collaboration with department leaders to ensure efficient throughput and quality outcomes.

The position requires an Associate Degree in Nursing; a BSN is preferred, with current Texas RN licensure or eligibility for a temporary permit. BLS and PALS certifications are expected, with EPIC EMR experience advantageous.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or eligible for temporary permit per Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, quality patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Foster positive patient/family experience supporting clinical-care delivery and customer service.
• Function as role model for team and organization in behavior, communication, and performance.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, departmental leadership, and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and timely patient throughput; support for team members.
