Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Norristown, PA seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering safe, high-quality care. You will oversee clinical operations on your shift, ensure compliance with policies, and strive for patient/family satisfaction and staff engagement.

The role requires an active RN license, with at least three years of clinical experience (two in long-term care) and BLS/CPR certification. BSN is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in the state
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
• 2+ years in long-term care; management/ supervisory experience preferred
• BSN preferred and ongoing certification as required

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe 24/7 care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and wage/term decisions.
